STACHS Pty. Ltd. is a company specialising in design and development of custom desktop database management systems.
The privacy policy developed in this document applies to the STACHS Pty. Ltd. company and web application.
In STACHS Pty. Ltd. we respect privacy rights of our customers, we recognise and respect the trust our customers place on our company when they provide their personal details to STACHS Pty. Ltd.
The STACHS Pty. Ltd. Privacy Policy is developed and implemented in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and complies with Australian Privacy Principles.

Collection of personal information and the purpose

In STACHS Pty. Ltd. we have an open and transparent process for collection of the personal or business/company information of our employees, customers and business associates.
STACHS Pty. Ltd. will notify you or your business/company of what personal/business information we require from you and/or your business/company and how the information will be dealt with.
The personal information or the information related to your business/company that we collect from you is relevant to the specific business services you request from us. We require this information in order to provide you with the best possible services on our behalf.
The information we collect from you may include your personal details (such as name, contact address, phone number or mobile phone number, email address, etc.), you business/company details (including: business/company name, business contact details, etc.), financial details in order to process the payment for the work we do for you or your company (such as credit card details or bank account details, etc.).
If, under certain circumstances STACHS Pty. Ltd. receives unsolicited personal information about you or your business/company, STACHS Pty. Ltd. will within a reasonable period after receiving the information, determine whether or not we could have collected the information under Australian Privacy law if we had solicited the information. If we could have collected the personal information, we will ensure that this Privacy Policy is complied with in relation to that information and will notify you of details.

Your right to remain anonymous

You have a right to remain anonymous and you have no obligation to provide your personal or your business/company information to us, however we may not be able to provide you with our services if we do not have the relevant information to do so.

The information you share with us may be used in one of the following ways:

• The purpose of identifying you and/or your business/company and providing services to you and/or your business/company.
• To improve our website/web application and your personal experience (we continuously strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you).
• To send periodic emails. The email address that you provide to STACHS Pty. Ltd. may be used to send you information or updates concerning the services provided to you and/or your business/company by STACHS Pty. Ltd.. In addition STACHS Pty. Ltd. may send you occasional news, updates and product or service information etc.
• Within STACHS Pty. Ltd. some of the information about you and/or your business/company may be used for research and statistics in order to provide you with better services.

STACHS Pty. Ltd. values your trust. STACHS Pty. Ltd. does not disclose our customers information to third parties (this includes international third parties), including direct marketing purposes, without notifying our customers and/or asking for their permission. In some circumstances STACHS Pty. Ltd. may disclose relevant information about you and/or your business/company to third parties who perform services on behalf of STACHS Pty. Ltd. STACHS Pty. STACHS Pty. Ltd. will not share your personal information (such as name, address, contact details etc.) with any third parties unless authorised by other areas of the law.

STACHS Pty. Ltd. DOES NOT store your sensitive information (such as credit card details, bank account details etc.; account password are securely hashed and are not stored anywhere within our system as plain text).

At STACHS Pty. Ltd. we take reasonable steps to ensure the information we collect, use, store or disclose is accurate and up-to-date.

If you would like to access any of your personal information that we hold or if you wish to update or correct you information please contact us.
However for privacy and security reasons you will have to identify yourself and prove your identity in order to do so.

In STACHS Pty. Ltd. we place a great importance on security of your personal information and the information regarding your business/company.
STACHS Pty. Ltd. will take all the reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, disclosure, alternation and unauthorised access.
If we no longer need your personal and/or business/company information for any purposes we will take secure steps to destroy your information or ensure the information is de-identified.

Changes to this policy

STACHS Pty. Ltd. has processes and procedures in place to ensure our Privacy Policy complies with current Australian Privacy Law and is up-to-date.
